No electricity at room and I asked for chang the room , and the reception staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, she said I still can stay in the room without any lighting. And I told her I will leave the hotel please make a refund for me , she said I can’t refund. At the end the manager came out and she charged me 10% for the booking fee . And I immediately left the hotel! It’s a scam don’t book

Perfect spot in old Tbilisi, super friendly staff - definitely recommend

Nice breakfast and very good location at the center of the old town near to everything. The staffs are very friendly and the view of the old town from our balcony was stunning.

Place was a bit dirty and had a bad smell in the room. Breakfast was disappointing.
