26.05.29The nearby Wangsimni station is very well-connected, so location-wise it's great.
The single room is quite spacious for this price-range and is pretty functional with private bath/shower, TV, and a desktop computer (in Windows 7). Wifi also worked very well while I was there. Water dispenser on every floor, and microwaves on some floors.
Downsides: soundproofing is not the best, small flying bugs in the room (probably the reason why they give you pesticide in the room; I didn't feel like I needed to use it though). Luggage storage before/after checking in/out is available, but basically is just putting your stuff on the second floor.
Still, the value for money is just great at this price range. I would consider staying here again.

26.04.28 It was my second time staying here and I still think it's a great place with great value. The owners are very kind and helpful and the room was very comfortable. If you're a light sleeper, this place is very quiet despite being in the middle of a bustling area. All the ammenities were sufficient and you can't beat the value for money here. Will be back again for sure.
