The hotel is licated on the entry road to Timisoara, a few kilometeres ahead of the city. At a glance everything looks like improvised, a parking place along and around the hotel, even on a kind if an alley running from the main road to a sort if a factory courtyard. We booked a room for smokers but we haven’t got one (the excuse was there was none available eventhough the option was valid on platform). The toilet room would be a challenge for everybody over 1.80 m tall. The locking mechanism on the entrh door was broken and that’s another challange to convince the door to let you in or out. We were dissatisffied and refused to stay and we comlleeted a refund request on spot. The clerck told us that it would take 5-7 days to refund. You could guess, never happened. Long story short, if look for something decent to stay than stay away of Ice resort.
