직원이 불친절하기 짝이없어요 다신 안옵니다

위생상태..공용전자렌지 최악. 랜덤배정이라그런지 방 담배냄새.

I chose this hotel SPECIFICALLY because they offered ( and I confirmed upon reservation for) Airport pick up .Ghosted ME communications ex: requests for confirmation and time and point of pickup went unanswered ...even AFTER I HAD ARRIVED . EVEN the Agoda Client Service portal was Total Garbage . I have been using AGODA for Years ,this is the first time I have had a problem .That being said , the Customer service line was also USELESS . I AM GRAVELY DISAPPOINTED and will be changing my future reservation strategy Away from Agoda .

1. Requires parking fees to be paid without prior notice 2. There was shin-length female hair in the bedding.👨🏻‍⚖️
