I wish more hotels were like this. Everything was clean, once I checked in they left me alone unless I contacted them, the bed was great as were the other furnishings, the bathroom spacious, a real kitchen, and a great location. The only drawback is the limited check-in hours (1-5) but that was not a problem during my stay, as I arrived just after 1pm anyway.
The Team at Welcome Holdings/Revisn go out of their way to help during your stay. Whether is being needing extra garbage bags or emergency service to get back in your apartment because I left my key inside (sorry guys), they are there to help.
I stay here and walk almost a mile to the office because it is that much better than the holiday inn tower hotel that is right across the street from the office. It is also usually the same price. Convenient access with code entry to the building and a key fob. Always spotless clean.

We found this place last minute at the same price as the hotels we were looking at, but with more to offer. The full size kitchen saved us money on meals, and the convenient location near the FREE R-line shuttle saved us on Uber/Lyft rides.
If you arrive in the evening, you have a better chance of finding a street parking spot right out front. We were able to leave our car there all weekend and just use the FREE R-line shuttle around town.
There is a separate bedroom that enabled our son to go to sleep on the couch in peace while we stayed up later watching TV in the bedroom.
Another perk was the rooftop terrace. My husband and I would spend some time up there each evening to wind down after a long day.
The customer service is fantastic, too. We were given a phone number to reach someone 24/7 for any situation. The few times we used it (not for any problems, just information), someone answered right away.
The only complaint I would have is that the access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. It would have been nice for our son to have access to it without having to go through the bedroom. One other thing was that there was a washer/dryer in the room, but no detergent. There was detergent for the dishwasher, so I would have expected detergent for the clothes washer, too. But considering all the other pros, we can handle these small cons.
We will definitely try to book again at this location when we return to Raleigh.
