26.03.11 I've stayed at a number of properties in Seaside over the years on business travel. I found this small property to be well situated in town, easy to access freeway and shops. The room was generous size, even a patio on 2nd floor which was a pleasant surprise. Quick and friendly check in. Super clean. Bed was comfortable. The interior was very well kept and everything seemed quite new - carpet, fixtures, etc. I would stay here again.

25.08.17 We came here for Car Week. Hotel prices have been inflated, obviously, across the region. This location, while 15-20 minutes away from Monterey, is perfect for Exotics on Broadway. The service is great, and the rooms are clean. Being right next to a busy street, it is surprisingly quiet at night, besides the occasional supercar flying by, of course.
