The apartment is ok. Location great. Facilities ok. Just 2 problems: don't have hot water and the futon is horrible. In septembre, hot water is not an issue. But the futton, ...

The place is very good and so clean, I really enjoyed my stay. Despite having no staff around, the instructions provided to me were good enough to assist me throughout my stay. I recommend Ise Joinus as it is close to the train station as well as convenience store to make one's life easy.

Good points G1. The toilet, refrigerator, microwave, water, and kitchen were all in working order. G2. It's just like a normal Japanese apartment. G3. It's close to Ise-shi Station, convenience stores, and the Geku Shrine of Ise Jingu. Bad points B1. I was told by email the day before that the bath was not available. They told me to walk to a public bath, which was a 17-minute walk away. Even if I warmed up at the public bath, it was too far away for my body to cool down. I hope they fix it soon or resume paying the gas bill so that I can use it. B2. The ladder to the top bunk of the bunk bed was almost broken. If you are heavy, please sleep on the lower floor. B3. The password for the wifi that was given to me was actually the admin password for the broadband router. B4. Two keys were provided, but one worked and the other didn't. What key was that for?

The experience here is terrible. This "apartment" cost the payment near apartment but offer the experience that worse than the guesthouse or cabin hotel. First, the customer service was so unprofressional. I offered the email address, but no one answer until I reach the hotel and found out I can not get into the space. Eventhough I reach the customer service again via my phone, the staffs still has trouble of listening the email address. She can not recognize "C""B""D"P". That really triggered me. And the appliance. The wifi here is useless. Dont expect that you can have wifi here, the signal was always out. Kitchen is small, dont expect you have the chance to cook here. At least you have microwave. There is no refrigerator, terrible... The hotel also send me the notification, that their shower system was under repairment, so we can only have hot water around 15 mins. So....How about give us 15% price off? The enviroment was even terrible. The elevator was full of tabacco. And the building is shabby. Again, pick another hotel if you can, never come here.

Worst place in all of Japan we stayed at. Matress was maybe 1" foam. The cheapest everything, Beds, Table, Chairs. Window was broken with a sign not to open it. NO WAY would I recommend! Oh water was hot but only lasted about 10min.
