The experience at nol hakone myojindai was exceptional from beginning to end. The food presentation was truly a work of art — every dish was as visually stunning as it was delicious, rivaling some of the Michelin-starred restaurants I’ve dined at around the world. The facilities are state-of-the-art while still feeling deeply peaceful and authentically Japanese. The décor is elegant and thoughtfully curated, with beautiful Japanese artwork throughout the property. The thermal pool was incredibly relaxing and added to the overall sense of restoration and calm. What made the stay especially memorable was the staff. They offered an old-world level of hospitality and genuine care that is increasingly rare today. Every interaction felt warm, attentive, and sincere. This was far more than a hotel stay — it felt like an immersive luxury Japanese experience. Highly recommended.

The Onsen spa resort offers a spacious private onsen spa room for my 1 night stay. The service is good. My room and the public female onsen spa are clean as well. The dinner that is additional payment and must be reserved in advanced serves good fine dining quality western food. The hotel also provides free laundry. Overall, I am one happy guest.:)

We only stayed here for 1 night and everything was just outstanding especially the room and the public area was so well designed. The staff were so helpful. The dinner was very well presented. If I really have to make any slight negative feedback, it would be the swimming pool which seemed smaller than from the marketing photo, and the breakfast was somehow lack of choices. Overall it was still a great stay, and would definitely recommend it if you are driving.

하코네유모토역에서 고라역까지 간 다음 안으로 들어가야해서 뚜벅이에겐 힘든 위치였지만, 2박으로 간다면 무조건 여기로 가고싶어요! 1박만 해서 숙소 구경을 많이 못해서 아쉬웠지만, 직원들 모두 친절하시고 조식도 깔끔합니다! 시설은 말할 것 없이 좋습니다!!
