Pour un 4 étoiles je dirais 3 oubien on veut plus investir et on laisse aller mais dommage le potentiel serait la . Qui est donc valable pour le bâtiment. Pour service,manger je mettrai un 2 étoiles car il y pas grand chose pas de petite pain ou croissant et du reste il y en as peu dommage.

Las habitaciones no están mal pero las instalaciones del hotel son mediocres, el personal, en general, es maleducado y antipático y la comida muy poco variada y de mala calidad. Mala relación calidad/precio.

This hotel is aimed at the Eastern European all inclusive market. Location poor right next to a busy dual carriageway. Room Ok but no safe, bed very uncomfortable, shower poor? bath does not work, fridge heated drinks. When I complained I am told its a mini bar not a fridge. Breakfast Ok long queues Pool good but very busy. Animation team work hard. Beach access very poor very steep steps through the kitchen side of another hotel unlit at night. Resort lovely but stay in another hotel.

The hotel was located in a good position just outside of Varna. The staff were ok and helpful but considering it was a 4 star hotel it didn’t have coffee or tea facilities in the room and the variety of food to purchase was limited and there was no hotel entertainment
