Even the Reception Behaviour was rude. No manners. Dont waste your money.

Stayed there from 8-13Dec 2023, Manager is so so rude and terrible that you can't imagine. My worst Holiday Hotel Experience till date. No Hospitality Zero Satisfaction. I don't recommend it to anyone coming from any country. Just to quote my experience - they don't even give you enough drinking water except 1 bottle per day (unpackaged manually filled bottle) per room. This is their policy.How can somebody not provide water in their facility? They take all the booking amount as you check in so one can't do much. I sincerely request Agoda to remove this hotel from their listings. Thanks

Very accomodating hotel. We loved the clean towels and water pressure (hot&cold) in the shower is perfect. They also have Netflix on TV. Room is also clean and smell is nice. Thank you Elite Beach Inn .
