I arrived in the Evening at the hotel. I rang the buzzer for the front desk for over 20 minutes. No one ever responded. The only way I was able to gain entrance to the hotel was because my son had arrived earlier in the day and texted me the code. I literally never saw any staff during my stay. No one for the rest of the evening nor anyone the next morning. Don’t expect any coffee or any other service or help of any kind. 2 good things about the hotel: the restaurant adjacent is very good. Great food and service, location of the hotel is very close to the basilica and many restaurants.
