Hotel Steinbock

I think they upgraded my room, it became a double bed room instead of single room that I initially booked, greatly appreciated! Just FYI that the exterior of hotel is undergoing renovations so you might not have proper balcony view. It’s super close to train station! Less than 1 min walk. No minibar/ small fridge and kettle. Toilet is modern and clean, love it. Overall, this is an amazing hotel.

We were warmly welcomed the moment we arrived, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel is just a short walk from the Lauterbrunnen train station and very close to the cable car to Murren, which made getting around easy. Breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of choices. Overall, it was a very pleasant and convenient stay.

Every member of the staff we interacted with were incredible and the views from the room were unforgettable

Its just next to the train station and also with a mountain rail right across the street. Breakfast selection is limited but alright. Just be mindful there is no lift in this accommodation if you have large heavy luggage.
