Overall good.

Staff very rude and no extra water supply to the room, all ACs old and takes 1 hour to cool the room. Lighting so dull. Also they take refundable deposit that they can scam and keep after any excuse for the room damage. Our thailand trip ruined. Very misleading photos

Comfy beds, amazing bathroom and overall super clean. Didn’t explore Phuket much so can’t really comment on location but great for a stopover and good night sleep.

I booked a stay at Garden Phuket Hotel and was shocked to find the room heavily infested with mold throughout. The worst was the child’s mattress, covered in black mold, posing a serious health risk. We had to check out immediately and find alternative accommodation at our own expense. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one that promotes itself as family-friendly and comfortable. Agoda and the hotel need to address this issue urgently to protect future guests. Photos attached for reference.
