26.04.22오로라를 봤으면 훨씬 좋았을 텐데 못 봐서 아쉽지만 숙소도 따뜻하고 편안하게 잘 있다 왔습니다. 썰매장, 얼음 객실, 바 등 다른 부대시설도 있어 즐기다 왔어요. 조금 더 저렴하다면 다음에 또 이용하고 싶어요!

26.03.26This is one of a kind accommodation and the chance of viewing the majestic aurora borealis in the glass igloos is enough of a reason to book this accommodation. With the included entrance to the ice hotel and other amenities around this large property, me and my daughter had an enjoyable experience. The rooms are clean, most staff is friendly and breakfast is superb.

We had a fantastic stay and a truly wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.. Dinner was excellent, and the Elk dish was absolutely delicious. A special thank you to Michelle who served us in dinner buffet for her warm personality and outstanding customer service. She really made our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.
