We loved the Windsong Resort in Providenciales. The beach was fine white sand and the staff friendly. The breakfast was tasty. The front desk and butler service were especially welcoming and very helpful.

This hotel has a great location and rooms are super nice. We had incident where the fire alarm went off at midnight one night. We were awaken by it and fled the room thinking there was a real emergency. Then we contacted the front desk and we were informed that staff had forgotten to reset our alarm that day so alarm went off withouta reasin, but they never apologized. A front desk manager called our room few days later to get our feedback on our stay and when I mentioned alarm incident, she brushed off with "i know". Staff at the beach are a joke, it doesn't matter how early you get to the beach, we did most morning between 7 and 8 am, all the chairs were taken. We had to sit on the sand on some days. We did notice that beach staff is reserving chairs for "preferred guests" and leaving towels and random trash on the chairs so no one takes them. Continental breakfast was OK, you can choose 3 items each morning but there is not many options. The options are yogurt, fruit, bagel, oatmeal, cereal or English toast. Breakfast looks over hour most mornings and we skipped it some morning because of the slow service.
