Nice stay, perfect ng experience namin dito. Ang babait ng staffs, in upgrade nila ang room namin for free then they gave me bibingka chocolate cake with happy birthday note nung nalaman nila na our family is celebrating my birthday. Ang aestheticuc din nf

Total failure in hospitality. The hotel and Agoda had zero communication; they tried to charge me for a child age 10 for extra bed but the three rooms had a prepaid booking for 11 people. ​The Cons: • ​Room Issues: No towels, none and empty shampoo and soap dispensers, broken bathroom locks, and a locked/useless safe. NO HOT water in the family room on check out day - they really want your to leave! • ​Service: No welcome greeting/drinks. Internet was cut off early on our last day. • ​Food: "Buffet" is a lie—it is a single-servunderstands basic customer service.e plate. ​Save your money and stay somewhere that provides basic customer service. Pros: Hotel is close to Mines View Park, 711, restaurants and souvenirs shops.

The staff were helpful, food is okay and the place is clean.
