26.02.17The beach, the mountain stream, the accomadation, the food (farm to table meals) and of course the people behind Pannzian Beach Resort, everything was perfect...Ma'am Bing (owner) and her staff not only welcomed us with open arms but made us part (for four days) of their local community based (and managed) resort...treating us not as guests but members of their community...and for me and my nieces, that is what vacationing in a distant place is all about...to be part a of community striving to make their place special and perfect for everyone...we will be back...
26.02.13I wish we stayed longer in this place!! Everything was food. The resort itself, the staffs and even the owner. We will definitely come back to this paradise.

25.12.31I booked Rooms 2 and 3 and room 2 didn't have any photos in Agoda, but I trusted the resort because of the good reviews. Sadly, whe we arrived, the shower and heater was dysfunctional. There were rats running through the ceiling. It was a stressful experience to have such a bad room that we wanted to keave as soon as possible. Without our complaint, we wouldn't have been moved to another room. They say that their hotel is not modern, and enjoy the simplicity, however, sinplicity shouldn't compromise the comfort of your guests. The hotel have good intentions but bad execution. We waited almost 2 hours for our food, we weren't served any water. There was only one waitress. We were already exhausted from the long travel, yet we weren't served food immediately due to other people placing their orders in advance. We understand this, but waiting for almost 2 hours for our order isn't reasonable. They should review their management and staff training.
