Got this for a last minute trip to Baguio and didn't have much choice. Chose this because of the location and proximity to Burnham and other places of interest plus the convenience of walking and hailing a cab easily. Staff are great, I came early and they let me lodge my bag in their counter, after a few hours I came back and my room is ready even before check-in time. First impression, the building is really really old. They have a cafeteria that serves affordable and delicious food but needs a lot of work. Next the elevators, its like what you see on ghost movies. Then the room, its huge, nicely cleaned but really really ran down. Beddings are all old and musty. Bathroom is nice big with bathtub. Wifi didn't work the whole time even though I reported multiple times. I didn't stay much in the room besides sleeping in the night so its a fair price for what I paid. This hotel has a lot of potential because of its location but will not come back and won't recommend because of its current state.

Room 408 ,pagpasok mo palang may mararamdaman kang kakaiba ,we ignored it baka puyat lang kami,pagdating ng gabi ang ingay ng aircon nila may 2 sounds kang maririnig ,naghihilamos ako may parang humihila sa kamay ko kinabahan ako kaya nagcheck out ako kaagad ,not recommended sa matatakutin at malapitin sa multo kasi may kakaiba talaga .

This hotel is definitely not worth the money you pay. The room smells bad and has a musty odor. The beddings have stains, and even the bed itself is dirty. The air conditioner is full of dust, and the furniture and floor are also unclean. Never book this hotel — it’s a complete waste of money.
