25.01.02Honestly talking. As we entered the hotel, we were already disappointed because there was no air conditioning or at least a fan. We asked the front desk staff about it, and there were really no air conditioning and fans. If we're going to take a fan, she said we're going to pay PHP 200 per day. In addition, another problem is that the one girl staff at the front desk has an attitude problem, which made me off.
One thing I liked is that it is only a few steps from Lourdes Grotto and a few kilometers away from Diplomat Hotel.
Overall, still good because we only booked it for sleeping and showering on our vacation. But I would not really recommend it.

24.12.27 Honestly, i cannot recommend this hotel it is very poor kind of costumer service, even the soap there is no soap you have to ask for it, the heater is working but no warm only hot water.
24.12.22 Just like what the other reviews says, the facilities were old but the room we got is clean. My only concern was the door to the balcony of the room we got, the glass door was stuck, we can only fully close the screen door.
Anyway, the staff were accommodating and the hotel location is near most of Baguio's tourist spots so all in all, our stay was good.
24.12.19 Hot water is okay considering we stayed during the coldest times in Baguio, however, the place is not that clean and looks really old. Wi-Fi is not available inside the room and cellular receptions are slow. The staffs were nice and we always had free coffees. Overall, if you are not that picky in terms of cleanliness, this might be okay. But if you prefer a place that looks decent, this place is not for you.
