I love the high ceiling and the room is clean. The staff are nice and the guard will help you get a taxi if you need it. My daughter loved our stay and she wish to stay with the cousins in the future.

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was ok. It wasn't perfect but doable. When I initially checked in the toilet bidet spray head was dirty! Very bad first impression but when I reported it to the front desk they quickly handled it. There was also a used bottle of water in my room. They have a quality control issue but at least they handle things when you report them. This hotel should be cheaper as it doesn't have any amenities and the rooms are small.
The best thing about this hotel was the bar in the basement. The prices were surprisingly good and the staff were awesome. The food was decent as well given the prices.
I would stay here again but would consider other options for the same price if better. They need to improve quality control with housekeeping.

LOCATION – ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
The hotel has a good location overlooking the city, with a partial view of Burnham Park. It’s near Session Road and has easy access to convenience stores and nearby restaurants. One highlight was the great vantage point for watching the New Year’s Eve countdown.
AMENITIES – ⭐⭐☆☆☆
Amenities are limited. The room is basic and comes with breakfast, but there are no additional facilities. A good point is that the hotel provided a complimentary midnight snack during the NYE countdown (Dec 31) at the restaurant area, which was a nice gesture.
ROOM – ⭐⭐⭐☆☆
We stayed in a loft room with 1 queen bed and 3 single beds upstairs. The room was spacious and clean, making it ideal for families or a group of friends.
However, several areas need attention:
1) Bed sheets and towels are already showing wear and tear
2) Room setup was incomplete (toothbrush, bedroom slippers, and hair blower are only available upon request)
3) The only hotel I’ve check in without Iron and board
4) On our first night, the air-conditioning unit was leaking heavily. Housekeeping mentioned this was “normal due to constant use,” which I disagree with, but we didn’t pursue the issue further as we were already tired
5) Teacups in the room need replacement—out of 5 cups, 3 had chipped rims
BREAKFAST – ⭐⭐☆☆☆
Our booking included breakfast for 5 persons, but it was not stated whether it would be buffet or plated.
Day 1 (Dec 31): Breakfast was served “buffet” style with limited options —scrambled eggs, rice, tinapa, pork longganisa, lugaw, bread pudding, and coffee.
Day 2 (Jan 1): Breakfast was plated and based on occupancy, with no kids’ meal available. When I politely asked if a kids’ meal could be provided, the staff said none was available. I chose not to argue in the spirit of the New Year
HOUSEKEEPING – ⭐ ⭐ ☆☆☆
Rooms are not cleaned unless you inform the hotel before leaving. There are no door hanger signs (Do Not Disturb / Make Up My Room), and this policy was not indicated in the room’s terms and conditions.
After returning from a whole-day tour, our room was still dirty and towels were not replenished. In most hotels, daily cleaning is standard unless a DND sign is placed, so this was disappointing.
SERVICE – ⭐⭐☆☆☆
The security guard deserves commendation—he was polite and consistently greeted us in the lobby and parking area.
Front desk service was inconsistent. Most staff appeared snobbish and did not greet guests, except for the front desk staff on duty on the morning of Jan 1.
Several FO staff seemed rushed and lacked customer service training. When calling for assistance, calls were often dropped before I could finish speaking, without asking if there was anything else needed
OVERALL – ⭐⭐⭐☆☆
The hotel has potential due to its location, view, and spacious rooms, but improvements are needed in housekeeping procedures, room maintenance, breakfast consistency, and front desk service. With better management and staff training, the guest experience could be significantly improved.
