The elevator does not work. The place is not cleaned well. Very few guests. No breakfast.

I was last year in the Cinema Hostel. I used to be in traditional hotels, but it is very lonely, in hostels you can make new friends and visit the points together. This hostel is very well-located, safe, and calm, there are curtains in the beds. Good value for money. So I decide back again. I recommend it!!!!

Why were these 12 hours so horrible? Let me walk you through my experience. At 18:30, the check-in process was interrupted by constant terrible jackhammer noise. Apparently, the hostel underwent renovations - which was never mentioned anywhere on the hostel site or throughout the booking process. At 19:50, when I went out, the noise still continued and construction waste with little shards of plaster flew at me and hit my evening clothes. At 22:30 I returned and had a shower, on another floor - it was displaced due to hostel renovations. The shower booth was dirty and the drainage had clumps of hair in it. At 23:00 I went to sleep in my capsule, only to be woken up 40 minutes later by a screaming eastern european woman. I literally had to jump out of my capsule to check if first aid was needed. While I don't blame this particular incident on the hostel, I do resent the fact that when hostel staff arrived, they've had a loud and long (~20 min) conversation with said lady. At 04:00 was the final straw. A fire alarm went off, waking up my neighbours and me. Scared and sleepy, we all proceeded to leave the floor. A few minutes later, came a very rude staff and stated nonchalantly: "About the fire alarm, it always does that". No apology was offered, or intention to fix the situation and avoid future incidents.
