Avoid this hotel unless the location is the only thing you care about. The location is honestly the only positive here. Everything else was a disaster. The room was extremely dirty, like someone tried to clean it in a rush and gave up. There was hair all over the bed, the toilet had dry pee stains, and even the coffee packets were already opened, which is just unacceptable. Check in was another nightmare. We arrived at 9:40 and only got into the room one hour later, despite calling the hotel repeatedly on the phone, WhatsApp, and through the Agoda messaging system. Nobody responded. Agoda’s customer service eventually managed to reach them, but only after an hour of trying. The worst part was the attitude. The hotel management didn’t take anything seriously and even seemed amused by the situation. No apology, no urgency, nothing. This place is absolutely not worth it. I regret booking it and would not recommend it to anyone.

The Market Courtyard Suite Apartment's location is truly outstanding, offering seamless access to the market (Shuk) and great convenience. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and generally clean. However, upon arrival, we experienced a complete lack of immediate support, struggling unsuccessfully to operate the air conditioning without assistance. This initial urgent matter went unaddressed until the next day. Thankfully, service improved dramatically thereafter, with all subsequent requests handled immediately. Overall, the property is highly recommended for its location and space, but management must ensure prompt support is available from the moment guests check in.
