The staff are amazing. They made my stay safe. Luggage storage is avalaible. Unlimited WiFi and the free tea / coffee/ hot chocolate station is a really nice touch. The bunk beds have curtains! Excellent location. I would recommend this to many. Thank you to all the amazing staff who work there.

Place is basic an decent for the price. The dorms beds were surprisingly comfy and cozy with the privacy curtains. Wish a towel was included

The location is excellent easy access to lots of hot tourist spots and public transportation however the facilities, cleanliness and amenities can use an upgrade. Staff service were average but overall value for money makes it a reasonable choice despite some drawbacks.
