25.10.29 When we entered the suite it was filled with a disgusting chemical smell and the window would not open all the way. We had to spend hours outside waiting for the smell to go away. There were food leftovers on the closet shelf. The floor in the shower was greasy
When we complained to the receptionist we were reassured that next day the room would be cleaned but nobody came to clean the room,. As compensation we were given free breakfast coupons . The breakfast was from 9.30-10.30 ( stated on the coupons) however when we came to the cafe at 10.10 am we were told that they stopped serving…
