Lovely hotel & staff

Very professional staff and hotel is a little gem in the heart of Via Roma. Maxing and recommend it and will be staying in the future.

Easy walking distance from the railway station. Easy walking distance from tourist attractions like Quattro Canti and La Martorana and the restaurant street. My room was awful, only a window onto a wall, no fridge, the shower was so tiny and no shelf to put anything on. I could hear the guests talking in the next room. The TV off light was so bright. The reception staff in the main were really pleasant and helpful, except for the old guy. Not a bad place but not value for money either.

Old building with small lift and two floors of steps , room was large with shower cubicle ( small for 6ft male ) but managed just , bit dated but everything is old in this place . Only stayed two nights and was out most of the time so fine for putting my head down ! Perfect if your near the main station

Other things are quite good but.. there's no potable water in the room nor fridger.. (not in common area too) And one of beds in our room was totally out of spring so it's like hammock
