Under amenities, it shows there is a parking on site; however, when we needed the space we were told there is one completely away from the hotel and we even had to pay *** a night This is completely misleading information as they list one thing that is not offered We chose this hotel due to the parking space and got completely disappointed and upset when we found out we were given wrong data

The photo is misleading as it is the Cathedral of Palermo and not the photo. The location is good as very close to the historical centre of Palermo and walking distance to Via Vittorio Emanuele the main shopping strip. It was self check in for our 2 days stay over the weekend and not a single staff at the hotel. Any assistance was through whatsapp message. Honestly the hotel feels a bit spooky with no staff there. We booked a junior suite and the room was decent size.
