Hotel Le Colonne

Excellent hotel near the church where Padre Pio is lying. It was not expensive. There was parking for the car and the church was a very short walking distance away.

We were unfortunately not satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor, making it difficult to get ready comfortably. The towels provided were quite thin and did not feel high quality. There was no coffee maker in the room, which was disappointing, especially for a hotel of this category. Additionally, the plastic cups provided were extremely thin and felt very low quality. We expected better amenities and overall comfort for the price we paid. We hope the management considers improving these details for future guests.

Great choice of hotel that is very near to Padre Pio pilgrimage sites. Walking distance. Right outside the hotel has free parking. Staffs were friendly, approachable and helpful. Clean and new hotel. Shower was so good. Breakfast was a simple and basic - crossaint, coffee, tea, cake, fruits, yogurt, ham and cheese. We checked out before breakfast started and the hotel packed our breakfast for us.

One of the nicest accommodations for my family and I in San Giovanni. The located possibly is one of the best if not the best just a few steps away from San Padre Pio church and shrine. I initially had comcerns with the temperature inside tbe hotel room being too warm for my 3 year old, upon hearing my concer. the front desk checked us into an upgraded unit with bigger windows and nicer views. The firendlay staff and great food at the restaurant def. tops the already great Italian vacation we had.. Stay here and you won't regret it ,guaranteed! ~Lex M, Philippines

Perfect location for a stay to visit the shrine of St Padre Pio church. Easy walk for the morning or evening mass. Breakfast was a simple Italian breakfast of croissants, cheese, coffee and juice. Matteo & Angela at reception were so helpful and accommodating. Even upgraded us to a bigger room on our second night. Will definitely stay here again when we visit in the future
