25.08.25The staff was amazing and the breakfast was the best we've ever seen in a hotel. We had a room on the 12th floor and the view was so nice. After a few years of only booking apartments, this hotel made us want to come back to staying in hotels as well!

24.08.28Negatives:
They use Ikea pillows which are terrible. Like atleast invest into good pillows then cheap out.
Spa and swimming facilities need advanced booking.
Breakfast has limited vegetarian options.
Airport shuttle needs 24 hour notice.

26.05.19I booked the hotel for the wrong date, reached out to Agoda and The Nicolaus Hotel to move the booking to another date, they took the payment for the next booking and never refunded the first one.

26.05.05The hotel & facilities & staff were all lovely but the location is a bit too far outside the main area of Bari. It is about a 1 hour walk to the old town plus there is very limited public transport (or taxi's in Bari in general unless you book via an app) so be prepared to walk a lot from/to the hotel.
