This is meant to be a 4 star property and it definitely was not!!! The room we were provided had a broken toilet seat, bathroom door handle and the shower screen was falling off. I was travelling with children and this was totally unacceptable. When I approached the staff member about it he told me there were no rooms available when i threatened to leave and request my money back he gave me another room. The breakfast at the hotel was terrible and there was never actually anything barely left everytime we went to breakfast. The staff at breakfast were lovely but not organised with breakfast. We went early to breakfast and still everything was empty and had to constantly ask for food etc. I asked the reception staff if they could do anything for my daughter’s bday they said yes to me and then did nothing. This property and its facilities were well below 4 star level!!!

Friendly staff, great room, wonderful breakfast at the roof terrace, with incredible views of the city. Will come back.
