Vary good, vary friendly staff vary cosy and Clean place. Would recommend 100%

Great family hotel in the Italian Dolomites. I used it as a base to explore the area by my motorcycle. The hotel offered secure parking for my bike, fabulous views over the valley. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast and dinner options were excellent. The menus for dinners were in 3 languages so easy to make a decision. I enjoyed the excellent choice of ice cream after my day of riding. Nice hotel, nice people, I would stay there again if I was going back to explore the area.

I was surprised when I was asked by a sly receptionist NOT to pay upon check in: I realised the reason for this unusual request the following morning when I was charged an extra for the buffet breakfast - a previous phone call had made it sound as if it was included. Steer clear of this place.

I booked and pre-paid for a three night stay for May of 2026 but was not able to go here because when I arrived in Italy I was told I needed an International Drivers License to rent a car, which I did not have. So I was not able to drive to the hotel and they refused to refund me because they said I had booked it through a 3rd party. So they can charge me through a 3rd party, but can't refund me through the same 3rd party. Uh huh. Anyway... I lost quite a bit of money on this. I personally think profiting off of the misfortune of others is disgusting. You always find out who your friends are during a crisis... and these guys are no friends.
