22.04.19Among all the stays in Italy this was the hotel that disappointed us the most. The heater was broken so they gave us portable heater and we could hear loud noises from outside in the morning (room not really soundproof) . Normally in other hotels we stayed if something like this happens we would get some kind of compensation but here no just sorry. For the value of money this place is a no for us. we have spent less and got better experience with more service mind elsewhere. However the location is really good and the bar had great drinks and the bartender was very nice.
