The air conditioner is broken, it doesn't cool, its presence or absence is the same, and it makes an annoying noise. We informed the hotel management and they sent someone to fix it, but they didn't fix it. He said there was no sound, and although the sound goes away, it comes back, a very annoying sound. We entered the room in the evening before sunset, and the room was like a sauna, even though the air conditioner was working.
