지저분하고 낡고 좁아 무척 속상했어요

The staff is friendly but it failed to communicate a code that was needed to get into Rafino Parking (with shuttle service), which did cost an extra 13 Euros per night (up to 12). It took us long time to find out and caused some stress. It is not even possible to approach the hotel with a vehicle, without having a permission. It seems that the parking is included only when booking through the hotel directly, and not an agency. They should have provided a clearer (any?) explanation of how to park in the reservation confirmation. Prepare for a chaotic arrival, otherwise the rooms are great and the staff is friendly.
