The staff were nice, and it's not their fault that things aren't organized. It took me 2 full hours to check in, due to the lack of communication about the parking and the ONE person at the check-in desk (clearly overworked). The upgrade I paid for was disappointing because the room layout is too tiny and impractical. No water or way to make a coffee (but a robe is provided) even if they said pool was open but it isn't really (and it was completely warm enough). Their breakfast is the only redeeming factor. So many places to stay, yet this one is not up to par at all. Smelled like smoke in and outside of room. Not worth the money.
