26.03.20The apartment is clean and cosy, size of dining table is kind of small and only provided with 2 dining chairs, hence we took turns to eat our dinner. Do note, kitchenette is without exhaust, suitable for light cooking.
Location is good, a short drive to Riccarton mall and botanical garden. Definitely value for money.

26.01.29 I have stayed here many times. The people that run this apartment style motel are lovely and accommodating. It's in a great location. I walk to a couple of malls. It has cooking and a small kitchen a front room with TV then upstairs to the bedroom. The bathroom is on the ground level. Airconditioner is good too.
I highly recommend staying here.
