26.05.17 Overall, our stay was amazing. However, there seemed to be a lack of internal communication among the reception staff. One staff member kindly granted us a complimentary room upgrade, but the following day, another staff member with the manager present appeared to be unaware of this arrangement and requested an additional payment from us when we asked about our room number.
It seemed that the staff member who approved the upgrade may not have properly informed the rest of the team, which unfortunately caused some confusion during our stay.
That aside, everything else was excellent. We had a great experience overall and would gladly recommend this place to others. We would also love to return when we visit Christchurch again.
26.04.15 Great stay at Tasman Holiday Parks! The room was perfect for families—spacious and comfortable. We loved the park amenities, especially the pool and hot tub. The common kitchen and dining area were also well-maintained and convenient. Overall, a really enjoyable and family-friendly place to stay!
