24.09.19 This is a basic hotel in a really convenient location. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but adequate, it's just the lack of soundproofing that lets this place down. Between rooms the walls are thin. Can get noisy outside but I had my patio doors closed to allow AC to work at night.
24.06.29 We booked at this specific hotel because it had listed “parking” as one of its main selling points. For both nights of our stay, there was no parking available - forcing us to spend an additional €35 per day on public parking.
The internet was not working, the bed was most uncomfortable (VERY hard mattress) and only one pillow per person. No shampoo/conditioner and the soap dispenser in the shower was not working.
The location is very good, near all the little shops and many restaurants, and only a short walk from the beautiful beach. Sitges was wonderful!
