Found the staff challenging at first mix up over booking, felt it was aggressive, and staff cancelled my booking. Beds rock hard flimsy mattress not at all comfterble, no hot drink making facilities in the room or the whole hotel, had to ask bar over the road for hot water to make tea. On the plus side, modern rooms, ultra clean and the best location, you can’t really go wrong, but for some reason it did for me.
