Room smells of cigarettes. Reception very slow. Dirty shower. Stay away.

I am very disappointed with the rude and unprofessional behavior of your reception staff. Despite arriving at 14:15, we were not allowed into our room and were told to wait until the 15:00 check-in time. The staff showed no courtesy or willingness to assist, which left a very negative impression. This is not the level of service I expected from your hotel.
