Ritual Torremolinos – Adults Only

I had a reasonable stay at the hotel but given the price, there were moments that really raised my eyebrows. First staff were not helpful in explaining charges or services. Some other guests mentioned that there was an attitude problem but I don’t think it was universal. The facilities in the room and the common areas have aged and need renovations. Then there was cleanliness - I arrived in my room with blood stain on the toilet. I requested the room to be cleaned again whilst I went out for dinner, and nothing happened. I ended up having to clean it myself with hand wipes. Overall cleanliness has been fine thereafter to be fair. The breakfast was very good value and tasty. Location was good but for some reason they were running short on the keys for the path to access the beach down the cliff - whose gates shut form late afternoon to early morning. This will turn a 5 minute walk to a 30min detour to the beach. So just be mindful. The social scene there is really the unique selling point to be fair - so pick your poison.

My husband and I stay here regularly, will be back very soon. I just wish the showers would be renovated, it doesn’t matter which room you get the shower always either leaks or sprays the whole bathroom. I’ve started bringing my own shower head.

I’ve booked this holiday as a bday getaway, everything was fine until we got woken up early in the morning as there was a sound of dripping water in the room. To cut it short, we need to evacuate the room and was moved to another room. Wasn’t happy how the situation was dealt. No manager around and have to wait another day to speak to him. Anyhow, apart from that, every thing was fine, location was very central. Breakfast was par.
