24.08.16Lovely place - our room backed on to waste ground which wasn’t ideal but the hotel itself is lovely. Pool is quite small and on the roof.

24.05.19From the outside, this certainly looks like 4* hotel, however, that's where the 4* experience ends. The rooms inside are 2* quality at best. After seeing the room I decided to ask for a refund and find another hotel. The woman behind reception is the rudest, most impolite person I have ever come across in a hotel. She argued with me for close to 30 minutes despite still paying for 2 nights as per their (unfair) policy. That's not where the bad experience ended, I decided to keep the key and use the room in the daytime having paid for it. Toy disappointment, the staff had entered my room despite me placing the "do not disturb" sign on the door handle and they deactivated my A/C.
Absolutely disgusting, disrespectful behaviour by the staff. I will never start here again and will absolutely not allow any friends or relatives stay there either.
