Staff has been very accommodating, very friendly, facility is very clean, great place for family vacation, fun, music, pool, in front of beach. I thank staff for great service.

Worth every penny

Location was good. We like the beach but the room is quite old in interior and there were small coackroaches at the cr so we turned on the lights at the cr the whole night. The staff at the reception doesn’t have any endorsement or communication to each other. We ordered snack in the afternoon around 4pm and we told the staff that we will pay it during dinner time because we pre-order our food since their service was very slow. I paid after we ate dinner and I thought I paid for our snack + dinner but when we check out, it turned out that it was not included. So we pay them again. They never provided any receipt so that customers can check their bill. We also asked them what time is their breakfast, one staff told us that we can eat it at 7am. When we came down at 7am, the staff at reception told us that its 7:30am. What?! I saw them serving food already but why we can not eat what we paid for?? Then after a few minutes, the staff said we can eat our breakfast. Horrible service!

Facilities are a bit outdated. The bathrooms near the pool needs to be upgraded, I think. Food was not good. I ordered chicken and spaghetti for my 6 y.o son, it took 45 minutes to arrive, and it wasn't good at all. There was nobody at that time so I didn't understand why it took that long. Anyway, the location was good enough that I was able to just go out and buy food elsewhere. The room was nice and tidy. I would go back if I can get a discounted room again.
