We are saturday. i called this hotel to ask about the sauna and they close at 8pm. I come at 7:15pm to go to e sauna and they say you have to come an hour before i.e at 7pm. I told the manager that I previously called to know about the hours, and she said you didn’t ask about this. I asked her when we go to a supermarket and it closes at 9 PM, do you have to go an hour before to enter? When i asked about Sunday’s availabilities she said that it’s closed whereas on their website it’s mentioned that it’s closed on Mondays only. The lady and the reception guy were unprofessional, rude and showed. zero empathy about the issue. To avoid at all cost
