26.01.18The Riad is the perfect location for experiencing Tarifa. Its centrally located between shops, dining, tourist attractions, and safe parking. The building is old stone and gives off quant and historical vibes. The town center is charming with unique shops and cafes.
25.03.10 This place was in a great location for being central in tarifa, not great for parking but it was off season so easy but as it gets busier this would be difficult if you were hoping to have a car handy. If you're not bothered then the location is great!
The rooms are nice on the surface but then on closer inspection you can see they struggle with it being an older building with poor ventilation and trying to keep mould at bay in the walls. They are clearly trying their best to tackle this but you can see it coming through the paint.
The junior suite was nice but the huge looking bed was two single beds pushed together with a big sheet on, this was a bit disappointing as a couple that are strange and spend a lot of the night cuddling, one of us was always in the crack!
The interactions we had with staff were great, really good communication and attentive and responsive via WhatsApp.
Overall I wouldn't say this place was incredible but they are definitely trying!
