25.05.23The hotel is stunning from the second you step in. I couldn’t fault a single thing. I love the Old town which is the opposite side location wise but part from wishing it was elsewhere this place is a must
25.05.12 Fabulous hotel rooms were nice and the breakfast was great with a good selection! Building noise let it down and being right outside your balcony but this won’t be forever! Night receptionist rude! Had a 4.30am transfer when getting back after a show at 1.30 am would not allow me to sit in the safety of the foyer to wait for coach as I had checked out at midday, could leave my case their but I was thrown out on the street to wonder the roads for three hours in the middle of the night as a lady of a certain age I felt this was unkind, I was terrified out there on my own! He said it was a security reason? Horrible little man! So for that reason I will never return

There is a construction, expansion project in the property but after a room change did not hear any noise.

24.07.22 Breakfast excellent. Very disappointing a courtesy room not available to shower when leaving only offer of paying to use the spa would expect these facilities at a 4 star hotel. Was on level 1 and woken every morning 8:15 by inconsiderate guests queuing to get sun beds when the door was opened at 9am. The noise they made outside peoples rooms was terrible. And lastly main issue was the lack of parasols or shaded areas around the pool very poor. When asked just told that was all they had which was hardly any for a large pool area.
24.05.13 We were a group of 4 couples. I asked for rooms close together and that is what we got. The rooms were large, clean. Shower was fab and had all the essentials. Slight weird part is the bathroom is glass instead of solid walls, with privacy screening but not ideal. The pool area was large but like all hotels a bit of a scrabble for sunbeds. Breakfast was fab. Highly recommend this hotel. The location is ideal. 2 mins to beach, 5 mins to the strip. Will definately stay next time
