Hotel Condestable

Room 402 Positives: Stunning views over Poniente beach with own balcony. Central and close to all 3 beaches and great shops and restaurants. Good value for money. Clean room. Negatives: Aircon in room full of black mold/bacteria and filters full of dust. (The owner/owner’s brother argued against this, when showed.) Poor/very slow wifi internet in room. Optional breakfast not worth the money, comprising only of coffee, juice and toast with jam. (Rather go out or buy stuff at Mercadona supermarket nearby.) Other aspects to consider: Noise from neighbours and street below late night/early morning in summer season. Noise early morning below the hill from truck pumping effluent from public toilets. A kettle in the room would have been nice. The hotel doesn't provide/rent beach towels.
