We booked this based on star rating and we were not disappointed! This hotel had amazing hospitality and quality amenities. We didn’t realize it was so far from any towns but enjoyed the downtime and it forced us to sit back and just enjoy the room, beach and pool. At check in we were about to be placed in room 65 and thank god my husband asked if it had a sea view…. It didn’t. He followed up with asking for a room with a view (we didn’t see an option at time of booking) our room went from being in a back building with no view and no balcony to a room with a balcony and a view for *** more per night. So worth it! We visited in the shoulder season so perhaps that’s why the restaurants were a bit less attentive than desired for a 4 star. We were left waiting for our bill 2 nights and had to ask for the bill. Front desk and cleaning staff were excellent. Overall, highly recommend!

Great service especially from Carlitos at the bar. 10/10 will be back soon. The only downside was they out us in a room outside the hotel that we did not like.

Loved everything about this place! The restaurant is spendy considering other options around the area, but otherwise, everything was A+
