Apartamentos Guitart

The apartment is very far from the main beach. The room is all old and rundown. A couple of times no hot water, sofa broken, tap in the kitchen didn't work. All in all in desperate need of renovation. Also the gate is locked and a couple of times we had to wait for more than 8min to get in??? On time it was more than 10, we jumped the fence so we can open it ourselves.
