24.07.24 This hostel needs to take down this tag from multiple sites. This hostel does not have that. The official working hours is from 8am to 10pm. But my own experience is that they don't even have staff in the morning, and there are multiple reviews on the web that people can't check in late. Beware.
24.06.12 They do not have a standby personnel if you arrive late to check in. A number of flights arrive later than 6 pm. They reply to your urgent inquiries after several days. The bare minimum is communication but they won't answer your calls in evening.

22.08.14 Laura was excellent and went out of her way to assist with any enquiries. It was a noisy but we live in a quite area at home so if used to town life ok. Lots of supermarkets nearby and a 15 min walk to the Old Town which is excellent with cafes, good restaurants and historical interest. Would advise teenagers over 18 as walls are thin. Value for money was exceptional and clean.
