Love the fine dining and free flow of gelato after dinner till 10pm. Great service too. 2 downside were the onsen was at a neighboring hotel and the toilet was kind of weak.

We chose Lake Shikotsu for our last location before heading to New Chitose airport the next day. This hotel is a hidden gem and very roomy. The staff who welcomed us and took care of us throughout our stay was so helpful and friendly. The photos don't justice and we truly enjoyed our stay there.

Left my hp at the lobby after having the free ice cream and the staff is honest and bring it to my room. 👍🏻 And they have a nice breakfast view.

Modern room facilities and layout. Have to walk 10 mins to sister hotel to enjoy free public onsen. Hotel without elevator and managed by only 2 staffs. Have to carry my luggage up the stairs when checking out.
